Overview Job Profile Strategic Account Management Possess 4–6 years of experience in managing ecommerce and marketplace advertising across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata1MG, etc
Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystem, marketplace operations, and performance marketing fundamentals
Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts
Support business reviews, campaign planning discussions, and growth strategy recommendations for clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and client satisfaction
Campaign Planning & Execution Lead planning and execution of marketplace media campaigns across ecommerce platforms
Monitor campaign performance and optimize towards KPIs such as ROAS, sales growth, visibility, conversions, and profitability
Ensure timely delivery of campaign
, reports, and actionable insights
Work closely with platform teams and internal stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness
Business Growth & Strategy Conduct market and category research to identify growth opportunities for brands
Analyze competitor activity, assortment trends, pricing, and promotional strategies
Support the development of strategic recommendations to improve brand performance on ecommerce platforms
Contribute towards upselling opportunities and expansion of existing business accounts
Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze marketplace and campaign performance data to derive meaningful insights
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business presentations for internal and client stakeholders
Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis
Team Management & Collaboration Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates within the team
Ensure smooth delegation and execution of tasks across accounts
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
Ecommerce & Industry Best Practices Stay updated with ecommerce trends, platform updates, and evolving consumer behavior
Recommend best practices to improve visibility, conversions, and overall marketplace performance
Continuously explore new tools, features, and strategies to drive innovation and efficiency
