Job Description
- Define the global YouTube Music & Premium Member marketing direction, creating a unified life-cycle strategy for marketing, product, engineering, UX and support teams to develop critical user journeys that maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), minimize Churn, and supercharge win back programs.
- Orchestrate sophisticated, contextual marketing campaigns that help Members discover features, nurture new consumption habits and reinforce personal value throughout their life-cycle leveraging own and operated channels.
- Own the multi-channel win back growth and incentives marketing programs aiming to maximize the reactivation of lapsed Members.
- Establish critical business metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate Member health and satisfaction, maintain A/B experimentation road maps.
- Lead and develop a multi-site team, anticipate and resolve life-cycle marketing challenges and influence multiple Director level stakeholders to define and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
