How you create impact
- Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned global key accounts, ensuring customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and proactive engagement.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional operational teams across Air and Sea Logistics to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Manage escalations, resolve complex operational challenges, and drive corrective actions when required.
- Identify and implement customer-specific solutions that enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Support new business implementations by translating customer requirements into operationally effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Provide operational governance through reporting, training, process alignment, and performance monitoring across countries and business units.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of import and export operations while meeting regulatory requirements.
What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience in Air Logistics operations, with strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export processes, and operational workflows.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience working with multinational customers and complex, multi-country environments.
- Proven background in customer relationship management, operational account management, or key account management.
- Strong understanding of both Air and Sea Logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Experience leading virtual or cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel.
