Are you a seasoned behavioral health clinician ready to step into a leadership role where your work shapes the lives of adults, children, and families across your community? EBCAP is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program.
This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to champion trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care while building and supporting a team of dedicated clinicians doing meaningful work every day.
What You'll Do
You'll provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. Day to day, you'll:
- Supervise and mentor outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff
- Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care
- Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice
- Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics
- Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care
- Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations
- Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Active Rhode Island LICSW or LCDP license
- 5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or program management experience
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit
