Project Manager

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale, high-impact projects. This is a hands-on, end to end role where you will lead complex projects from concept through to implementation. You will be fully accountable for outcomes, including complete ownership of significant multi-million pound budgets not just oversight, but true end-to-end financial responsibility. Working at the heart of Ocado Logistics, you will drive transformation across MHE, warehouse optimisation, construction implementation, and network capacity growth, directly impacting operational performance and customer experience. This is an opportunity to get stuck into some exciting projects and see first hand the great work happening on site.
