About this Position What you´ll do Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing international finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement Act as a change leader by driving finance transformation initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding a forward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization Identify and assess strategically relevant topics; prepare executive-level analyses and decision briefings for senior leadership as their trusted advisor Lead in-depth analyses to derive data-driven insights supporting key decisions (e.g., portfolio management, investments, M A, resource allocation) Conduct peer, competitor, and best-practice benchmarking to uncover performance gaps and improvement opportunities Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, external disruptions, and strategic options (e.g. macroeconomic developments) Ensure seamless alignment between corporate strategy, business unit priorities, and operational execution Define, drive, and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring their successful completion Oversee group financial reporting processes, consolidate financial data and analyze financial performance and trends
