This role goes beyond individual delivery, supporting pipeline health, solving hiring challenges, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to overall team performance. Responsibilities Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and professional roles Build and maintain proactive and healthy candidate pipelines Identify pipeline gaps and take immediate action to mitigate risks Partner with hiring managers to define, refine, and align role requirements Provide market insights to guide hiring decisions (availability, salary, feasibility) Drive stakeholder follow-ups and ensure timely feedback and decisions Challenge and recalibrate role expectations when needed Support team members by sharing pipelines, insights, and best practices Help unblock stalled processes and contribute to team delivery goals Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements Qualifications +3 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition Experience recruiting for Data and/or Technology roles (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills with ability to unblock and move processes forward Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders Ability to manage multiple processes in fast-paced environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset B2+ English level (written and spoken) Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, SuccessFactors or similar)
