Your Impact
Shape AI Features: Analyze product usage and behavioral data to guide the design, improvement, and performance of AI-powered capabilities.
Drive Product Decisions: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards, KPIs, and reports that the product leadership team will rely on.
Experiment & Innovate: Partner with data scientists on A/B testing, experimentation, and AI model monitoring.
Bridge the Gap: Translate raw, complex insights into clear, visual stories that influence major roadmap decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure Excellence: Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain top-tier data quality and support scalable pipelines.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 4+ years of proven track record in a data analytics role, ideally working close to product or AI environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related analytical discipline.
The Tech Stack:
Python: Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and basic scripting.
SQL: Strong skills in querying and navigating structured data sources.
BI Tools: Solid familiarity with platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Mindset: A deeply analytical thinker who connects the dots between raw numbers, user experience, and overall product performance.
Soft Skills: A collaborative, efficient team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing international environment.
Tools: Well-versed in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
