Opportunity Overview: Location: Primary office is 2501 SW 22nd Street, Miami, FL, with travel to our Coral Way location at 11865 SW 26th Street C39, Miami, FL 33175. Mileage reimbursement is provided.  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month (part-time day). Negotiable compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. What You’ll Bring: Licensure – Dental Assistant certification from the state of Florida Certifications – EFDA and X-Rays certification Care approach – Patient-focused and committed to quality care Mindset – Interest in a long-term, collaborative team environment Responsibilities: Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist Maintain patient records accurately Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) certified At least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience in a General Practice setting At Great Expressions, we offer competitive compensation, a supportive team, and the opportunity to grow in your dental career.
