Job Description
The successful candidate for this Custodial Supervisor position will supervise the shift custodial operations of 25-40 custodians assigned to up to 20 buildings in the Building Services department. Plan, coordinate and schedule custodial activities including the requisition of general custodial supplies, inventory for assigned buildings, and approve and monitor work hours, overtime and flextime. Travel among buildings and inspect individual areas for compliance with customer service and department standards, safety procedures, etc. Consult with General Manager on status of daily shift activities and advise of problems and/or needs. Foster teamwork and staff professional development.
