Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Multiple School-Based Openings Across Massachusetts | $55–$65/hr + Guaranteed Pay

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | CCC-SLPs & Clinical Fellows Welcome | PK–12 Caseloads

Looking for a school-based SLP role that offers flexibility, support, guaranteed pay, and a caseload that fits your interests?

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year.

We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available with:

  • Early Childhood (Pre-K)
  • Elementary School
  • Middle School
  • High School
  • Mixed PK–12 Caseloads
  • Specialized Programs
  • Autism Support Programs
  • Life Skills Classrooms
  • Inclusive and Resource-Based Settings

Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match SLPs with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location.

Whether you're seeking a role close to home, a specific student population, or a collaborative school team, we'll help find the right fit.

Your time is valuable, and we believe your paycheck should reflect that.

Clinical Fellowship Opportunities

We proudly support Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY) through structured mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional guidance.
