Area HR Total Rewards Specialist | Frankfurt (Germany) | Temporary, 24 Months (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)

The purpose of this role is to support HR core/essential work with an emphasis on Total Rewards functions for an area requiring senior professional knowledge.

Employees at this level work under minimal supervision, have comprehensive working knowledge, and handle complex issues and problems.

This role reports to the Mgr, Area Human Resources; Mgr, Area HR Operations; or Mgr, Area Total Rewards and frequently partners with the workforce, area leaders, area HR team, and receives oversight and training from headquarters COEs.
