Registered Nurse - Home Health, Prn

All Ways Caring Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment.   The nurse supervises and directs the efforts of the Caregiver when involved in the client’s plan of care. Based on state regulations, nurses may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities.  *** This PRN RN role is an as-needed position with no guaranteed or set schedule. The position is primarily focused on clinical oversight and administrative nursing responsibilities rather than direct hands-on patient care. Duties include developing and updating care plans, reviewing documentation, and supporting overall client care coordination.
