Responsibilities

  • Asset/content management: download, upload, organization, renaming, audits, completness checks

  • Reworking xls files: removing/adding items, reworking to a different (set) structure, checking correctness vs other files

  • Working with client content systems, such as CMS, Sharepoints (on for example newsletters or page content upload)

  • Running audits of assets correctness/completness

  • Running simple feasibility checks

  • Moving content from PPT to a different file types or tools

Requirements

  • Worked with us as Content Publisher in the past or has Content Publisher experience from other companies

  • Worked using English language (or at least knows English) - we are working with tools, system, content and people in English language (min.B2)

  • Has experience with working on several tools at once, using several means of communication at the same time (as we use outlook, teams, asana)

  • Worked in simlar field, either: content publisher, data entry, CMS management, archivization
