Job Description

  • Data Collection: Gather workforce metrics from HR systems.
  • Dashboard Creation: Build visual dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in turnover, hiring, and diversity.
  • Report Generation: Deliver regular updates to HR leadership teams.
  • Data Integrity: Clean and audit HR database systems regularly.
  • Predictive Modeling: Forecast future staffing needs and talent gaps.
  • Survey Management: Analyze annual engagement and exit survey data

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineer. 

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and workforce data (e.g., turnover, hiring, engagement)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience in data handling is an advantage
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to organize, clean, and validate data accurately
  • Good communication skills for reporting and presenting insights
  • Willing to learn data analysis and basic forecasting techniques
  • Can handle confidential data with professionalism and integrity

Onboarding Requirements:

  • Officially enrolled in a university
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
  • Work set-up hybrid 
  • Required hours: 240 or up
