HR Analytics Intern
Job Description
- Data Collection: Gather workforce metrics from HR systems.
- Dashboard Creation: Build visual dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in turnover, hiring, and diversity.
- Report Generation: Deliver regular updates to HR leadership teams.
- Data Integrity: Clean and audit HR database systems regularly.
- Predictive Modeling: Forecast future staffing needs and talent gaps.
- Survey Management: Analyze annual engagement and exit survey data
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineer.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and workforce data (e.g., turnover, hiring, engagement)
- Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience in data handling is an advantage
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to organize, clean, and validate data accurately
- Good communication skills for reporting and presenting insights
- Willing to learn data analysis and basic forecasting techniques
- Can handle confidential data with professionalism and integrity
Onboarding Requirements:
- Officially enrolled in a university
- At least on its penultimate year
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
- Work set-up hybrid
- Required hours: 240 or up
