Overview
The HR Business Partner at Crocs, Inc. will support various areas including compliance, on-boarding, timekeeping / HRIS, recognition and engagement. The HRBP will be assigned to a 2nd shift and will provide direct support to that leadership group and workforce.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to operational leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities to drive performance, productivity, and workforce stability
- Lead the execution of key HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall site culture, ensuring consistency and measurable impact
- Championing a high-performance and recognition-driven culture, leveraging programs such as Kudos! to reinforce desired behaviors and elevate employee experience
- Own the end-to-end engagement survey process, including communication strategy, data analysis, and partnership with leaders to create and implement targeted action plans
- Ensure consistent interpretation and execution of company policies, proactively mitigating risk and reinforcing a fair and compliant work environment
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness
- Lead and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment, ensuring alignment with company standards while maintaining a positive and respectful workplace
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the workforce and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, engagement, and compliance
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of Human Resources Experience Required
- Demonstrate success building strong, credible partnerships with operational leaders in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, and training
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and execute with a high level of accountability and urgency
- Experience supporting distribution center, manufacturing, or similar operational environments strongly preferred
