Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional Greeter / Guest Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership. This role supports both the Sales and Service Departments by welcoming guests, directing them to the appropriate team members, and helping create an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
Direct guests to the appropriate Sales or Service team members.
Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Assist with managing showroom traffic and customer flow.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and waiting area.
Provide support with light administrative tasks and data entry.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Saturday availability required.
