Job Summary:
The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a personalized, premium-level experience by effectively managing service appointments, explaining technical information, and overseeing the timely delivery of service and repair work to the highest standards.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY & BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, understand their service needs, and ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s luxury experience and values.
Service Consultation: Accurately record customer concerns, perform vehicle walkarounds, and prepare job cards with precise repair and service instructions.
Technical Coordination: Liaise with technicians to clarify concerns, relay updates, and ensure clear communication between workshop and customer.
Progress Updates: Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their vehicles, including service progress, additional repair findings, and estimated completion time.
Estimate Preparation: Generate accurate service estimates, explain costs transparently, and obtain necessary approvals prior to work execution.
Vehicle Handover: Ensure proper vehicle delivery to the customer post-service, including reviewing performed work, providing service reports, and explaining any outstanding issues.
Warranty and Policy Compliance: Process warranty claims in accordance with Abu Dhabi Motors guidelines, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet OEM standards.
Customer Satisfaction & Follow-Up: Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and support retention through excellent service.
