Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations including material handling, shipping and receiving, light manufacturing, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense liquid product from totes into pails while following all safety and quality procedures
• Pull, stage, pack, wrap, and palletize customer orders
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Receive materials and verify quantities against packing slips
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, docks, exterior areas, and workstations
• Assist production and warehouse teams with general labor tasks
• Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures at all times
• Assist with inventory counts and material organization
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or safety concerns immediately
• Perform additional warehouse and facility duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motion tasks
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
