
Executive/Senior Executive, Non-Travel Claims
Job Description
As an Executive/Senior Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:-
- Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit
- Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement of claims
- Liaise with various external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjuster or assistance company where necessary
- To be vigilant and escalate suspicious case for further investigation
- To assist supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception reports and daily productivity reports
