The Banquet Lead will set the standard for teamwork/productivity and provide leadership/direction for the assigned stand/event while working alongside their team. They must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The Banquet Lead must maintain excellent attendance and follow/enforce all company grooming/uniform expectations.
