- Extract, structure, and analyze data from internal systems to generate insights into client behaviors, sales trends, and product performance.
- Develop and maintain Sales Dashboards and Sales Effectiveness Reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Present clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making and business planning.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather input, streamline processes, and align business goals.
- Support portfolio and bonus management, pipeline/funnel tracking, and user/license administration in Salesforce.
- Generate and deliver ad-hoc and high-accuracy authority reports with a strong focus on detail and relevance.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data workflows, and documentation practices.
- Contribute to the development of tools and automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the reporting process.
- Provide support for sales campaigns, target setting, marketing communication lists, and strategic forecasts.
- Administer and support the online signing platform and assist the development team with new Salesforce processes and features.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence, with a focus on sales and marketing data.
- Salesforce Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce, including user and license administration, and leveraging Salesforce for reporting and analysis.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Power BI or Tableau (user level) for data visualization is a plus.
- SQL & Data Tools: Understanding of Azure Data Studio and SQL for querying databases when data is unavailable. Familiarity with Alteryx Designer for data preparation is advantageous.
- Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, draw logical conclusions, and identify potential business opportunities or risks.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in reporting and data presentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactivity & Problem-Solving: High-level problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to anticipate issues and act proactively to resolve them.
