We are seeking an experienced Admin Specialist to join our team!
How You’ll Shine
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide administrative support across Consumer Finance functions, including but not limited to Lending, Receivables, Collections, Transfers, and Account Maintenance
Coordinate and complete a range of administrative tasks in line with departmental priorities and deadlines
Directly assist key stakeholders and team members as required
Documentation & Compliance
Manage document intake, proofing, validation, and storage to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Ensure sales and customer documentation received is complete, compliant, and suitable for processing
Complete all required documentation in line with compliance, audit, and record-keeping requirements
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policy, procedures, and relevant legislation
Account & Transaction Processing
Process account onboarding, maintenance, and updates across business systems
Support account settlement activities, including processing accounts for settlement
Process cancellations, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and within service standards
Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and system updates
Communication & Coordination
Manage inbound and outbound communications, including email, correspondence, and phone contact
Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Support scheduling of meetings, functions, and department events
Assist with calendar management and coordination as required
Quality, Timeliness & Service
Meet schedules, deadlines, and agreed service timelines
Contribute proactively in team meetings and continuous improvement discussions
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, efficiency, and service outcomes
Deliver a “Count On Me” service experience to all internal and external stakeholders
