About The Role:
This role plays a key part in advancing the development of High End Clients (HEC) for CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewelry in Hong Kong, by curating refined and highly personalized client journeys across all touchpoints. The position focuses on elevating client experience, engagement, and brand legitimacy within the High Jewelry and High End Watches universe, reinforcing CHANEL’s stature in ultimate luxury.
Working closely with Retail, Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and global and regional stakeholders, you will shape distinctive one‑to‑one and experiential journeys for the Maison’s most valued clients, ensuring consistency, excellence, and emotional resonance across every interaction.

You will significantly strengthen High End business growth by translating data insights and client intelligence into actionable client development strategies. Through close partnership with the retail teams, you will drive strategic client plans, cross‑division co‑clienteling, and proactive prospect recruitment via high‑quality external networks.
By defining clear High End client personas and crafting immersive journeys - from in‑boutique moments to overseas client trips - you will elevate CHANEL’s client experience to new levels of distinction. Your contribution will ensure that every experience authentically communicates the Maison’s heritage, craftsmanship, and leadership in high jewelry and fine watchmaking, while consistently exceeding top clients’ expectations.
You Are Energized By:
Designing bespoke, one‑to‑one client journeys for the most discerning clientele
Curating immersive High End experiences across events, travel, and private moments
Collaborating across divisions to deliver cohesive, multi‑dimensional luxury experiences, especially with Fashion
Working with global, regional, and local teams to adapt storytelling into locally relevant yet Maison‑faithful experiences
Building and nurturing meaningful external partnerships that unlock new High End client opportunities
Orchestrating complex projects with elegance, precision, and attention to detail
What you will bring:
A degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
6–8 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally with exposure to High End Watches and Fine Jewelry clientele
Strong analytical capability, with experience translating client data into strategic insights and recommendations
A deep appreciation and passion for aesthetics, craftsmanship, arts, and ultimate luxury
A creative, collaborative, and client‑centric mindset with an uncompromising drive for excellence
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority
Solid experience in vendor and budget management, with strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure
