We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Ruskin Place location. This community has 270 units and is located in Lincoln, NE. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
