2026 Management & Sales Training Program

This requisition is for candidates available to start within 3 weeks. The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is designed to develop Sherwin’s future leaders. This comprehensive program provides classroom instruction, extensive on-the-job training, and self-study assignments over an 8-week period to prepare trainees for promotion to an open Assistant Store Manager role.
