As our new Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation – Purchase, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic cross-functional projects that help shape the future of our Purchase organization. By bringing structure, alignment, and momentum to key initiatives, you will ensure successful delivery while supporting the department's transformation and growth ambitions.

This is a temporary 12-month position covering a parental leave. While the role is initially offered as a fixed-term contract, it provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and international environment, and future opportunities within the organization may arise depending on business needs.

Working closely with colleagues across Purchase department primarily but also also likely Digital and Business Development, you will help drive projects that strengthen our capabilities, optimize processes, and support our strategic ambitions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple business areas, influence key stakeholders, and make a visible impact on the organization without direct people management responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and drive strategic business transformation projects from initiation to successful implementation in Purchase.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and governance structures in close collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and momentum.

  • Drive transparency through clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.

  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and functions to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

  • Identify overlapping initiatives and resource dependencies to support effective prioritization and execution across the Purchase organization.

  • Maintain active the governance of the PMT (Purchase Management Team)

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions, bringing stakeholders together and creating momentum around shared objectives.

  • A structured and analytical approach combined with strong business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and complex environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • A collaborative mindset, a proactive approach, and a passion for driving positive change.
