We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Lead / Senior Developer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions across APIs, data transformation layers, and cloud platforms. The role involves leading architecture initiatives, ensuring operational stability, driving best practices, and mentoring technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure integrations. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Design, architect, and lead enterprise integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
· Develop, optimize, and maintain APIs (REST/SOAP) and data transformations using XSLT, XML, and JSON.
· Build and manage serverless and event-driven architectures, including Azure Function Apps.
· Own production support, incident resolution, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for integration issues.
· Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
· Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of integration solutions.
· Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for integration projects.
· Collaborate closely with business, infrastructure, security, and partner teams.
· Manage and respond to production-related partner inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
· Monitor, triage, and resolve mailbox tickets and internal support queries.
· Assign issues to appropriate teams and track resolution progress, providing status updates to stakeholders.
· Manage changes in existing integrations and oversee new partner onboarding processes.
· Enable integrations via EDI, APIs, and webhooks; conduct partner technical meetings as required.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Proven expertise in enterprise integration design, development, and operational support.
- Advanced proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and other data transformation techniques.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or equivalent serverless platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based integration architectures and event-driven systems.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and RCA.
- Strong SQL and data processing skills.
- Knowledge of API security protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and architectural design capabilities.

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
