Central Fill - Pharmacy Technician Production Team Lead

The Production Team Lead at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for the day-to-day guiding, leading, training, coaching, and motivating the production team in a Central Fulfillment Center setting, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. The Production Team Lead, reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Group Supervisor, will work closely to resolve technical and workflow issues at the functional stations assigned with a sense of purpose and urgency. The Production Team Lead should be a functional expert and continuously sharpen the skills of the Team Members to achieve site and company goals.

The position will be based in Ridgefield, WA. The shift arrangement is either day shift or afternoon/nights working Sunday-Thursday. A typical 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime is to be expected.
