SURGICAL CLINICAL RESOURCE SPECIALIST- PART TIME

Collaborates with the Director of Surgery, and Surgery supervisors to support strategic learning needs of the department including Main OR, Outpatient Surgery, PACU and Central Sterile. The Surgery Clinical Resource Specialist assesses performance gaps, designs learning activities using a wide variety of evidence based instructional methods, and evaluates program impact using appropriate metrics.
