Ready to bring a little fun to forecasting? As a Customer Planner Specialist on our US Market Operations team, you'll team up with some of our biggest retail partners to build smart, data-driven plans that keep LEGO bricks flowing to fans everywhere.

Core Responsibilities
Executes internal Collaborative Customer Planning (CCP) process with assigned retailers and associated KAMs
Uses advanced analytics and statistical modeling to develop and maintain accurate joint consumer sales, shipment, and inventory plans for assigned retailers
Leads CCP alignment with KAM, who will then engages with the buyer and/or planner on recommended updates to the plan, communicates rationale behind proposed changes, validates customer input and feedback, and negotiates alignment on plan (with support from the Customer Planner)
Facilitates alignment on assumptions between CCPs and the LEGO Group’s US Demand Plan.
Uses customer-level insights to influence push volume target-setting for US Market
Manages plans to push volume targets with support from the Key Account Manager.
Ensures push volume is accurately planned in the CCP. This responsibility includes developing clear and accurate assumptions on topline volumes and ship timing for new product launches, trade promotions, and peak season inventory builds.
Brings topline planning perspective to weekly forecast collaboration meetings with Inventory Managers and Demand Planning Managers
Drives operational improvement with assigned retailers. Identifies and drives operational improvements that support joint in-stock, fill rate, and excess inventory management objectives. Partners with KAM team to ensure operational support for commercial innovation.
Partners closely with Key Account Manager to ensure planning goals are aligned to our strategic goals with assigned retailers

US Market Operations is responsible for short-term forecasting and operational execution of the LEGO Group’s US business. We are a customer-focused organization – the team that collaborates with internal functions and external customers to deliver BU priorities and customer goals.
Do you have what it takes?
Functional experience in key account management, demand planning, customer planning, or data analytics
Ability to generate actionable insights from data using data analysis tools like Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate insights and supporting data to influence strategy
Strong understanding of retail math (cost of goods sold, initial mark up, gross margin $, gross margin %, etc.)
Independent problem solving and decision making skills
Can effectively navigate ambiguity to deliver results
Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret data, identify trends and challenge the status quo
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a business-related field preferred

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $68,330.00 - $102,494.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
