Experience: Previous Powder Coat Experience Preferred

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Paint Test Required prior to hire
- Prepping and mixing paint
- Paint with correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
- Powder coat paint/bake correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
- Problem solving any issues that may arise.
- Painting steel racks with electrostatic spray guns.
- Provide strict attention to detail and quality to ensure racks are painted with correct color and thickness.
- Clean work area and 5S daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: None Required
Experience: Previous Powder Coat Experience Preferred
