Job Description
- Lead a regional team to deliver all terrestrial line systems, including long haul, local long haul, metro transport, and associated layer 3 WAN capacity.
- Provide leadership and management for implementation teams located across multiple geographies and regions, building leadership to manage operational work while driving alignment across teams with potentially conflicting priorities.
- Lead the integration of cross-functional or cross-organizational process timelines and drive recommendations for process improvements and automation.
- Develop measurement systems for your organization and apply statistical process control to continuously improve performance regarding speed and quality. Lead cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders to build leadership capabilities and drive organizational transformation together.
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners and vendors focused on continuous improvement of processes and automation to enable on-time delivery.
