Shift Supervisor

TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES (TSS)provides intensive case management and wraparound community support services to adults (18+) with co-occurring mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities. All services support successful integration and stability within communities. Individuals gain a sense of purpose as well as the independence and knowledge to lead a meaningful life.
