Client-Centred Service Delivery
Work directly with clients to identify individualized goals related to life stability, employment readiness, and community connection. Support clients in developing realistic action plans while fostering autonomy, confidence, and engagement in the process.

Connect clients with a range of community resources and services, including housing supports, mental health services, food security programs, vocational supports, and employment opportunities. Collaborate with service providers to ensure coordinated and integrated support for clients with complex needs.
Relationship Building & Client Engagement
Build trusting and respectful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Use trauma-informed and motivational approaches to support engagement, encourage positive change, and maintain client-centered service delivery.
