Your role in the journey
As Doormann, you are the first impression of our hotel — a warm welcome, a helping hand, and a trusted guide. You ensure smooth arrivals and departures, while creating a sense of ease and elegance for every guest.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a smile and assisting with luggage and valet parking.
- Coordinating guest arrivals and departures, including taxi arrangements.
- Keeping the entrance and lobby area pristine and inviting.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and assisting VIPs with personalized service.
- Staying alert to guest needs and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
What you’ll bring
- A valid driving license.
- A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to workday, evening and night shifts.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Previous hotel experience is a bonus.
