Job Description
**Description:**
We’re looking for experienced recruiters to help source, screen, and place top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to build strong candidate pipelines and drive the full recruitment lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline volume, conversion rates) and report on progress
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting workflows
