About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them find the best remodeling solutions for their needs. Using industry-leading technology, you'll design customized bath projects, present product options, and guide customers through the decision-making process.

This is a full-time, commission-based outside sales position with uncapped earning potential. Successful representatives can realistically earn between $150,000 and $250,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
  • Meet with company-provided, pre-qualified leads.
  • Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software.
  • Present product recommendations, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently close sales and achieve performance goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in home remodeling, construction, or home improvement is a plus.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of customers and delivering professional presentations.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
  • Professional, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Everett and surrounding markets.
  • Valid driver's license required.
