Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents

• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the nursing department, including managing medication administration, treatment plans

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans

 

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut

• Experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
