Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for supplying employment support for professional, technical, clerical, and clinical positions. The recruiter must actively manage requisitions for their assigned areas, conduct offers to candidates, and adhere to Recruitment practices and procedures. This includes practicing effective customer relations and performing all functions using organizational priority setting skills. This position is also responsible for communicating effectively with customers/employees and hiring leaders. Education: ▪ Bachelors in a related field, OR 8 years of related experience Experience: ▪ Preferred: Experience in recruitment. Experience in marketing, sales, or other related fields will also be considered. Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Ability to monitor and compile data and disseminate results to multiple levels of leaders and employees. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects; proficient in Microsoft office Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
