TCK Volunteer - Empowering Leaders

Purpose: The TCK Volunteer serves at Novo events or meetings to provides certain children of Novo staff with spiritual and emotional support and encouragement. By sharing their own experience as a TCK, the purpose is to help the children to adapt to their host culture and to ultimately point them toward Jesus. 

 

Qualifications: The TCK Volunteer must have an active, personal relationship with Jesus, experience as a TCK in the same host culture as those they serve, have history with Novo, and be in a healthy place on their own TCK journey.

 

Applicant Process:

• Complete a volunteer application
• Complete a background check and child safely training
  
• Complete an onboarding event and sign adherence to Novo volunteer guidelines
• Acknowledge your agreement with Novo's Basic Beliefs and Biblical Convictions, and mission.
