Sustaining Engineer I

1. 负责量产产品项目的变更改善以及维护，与客户沟通，提交变更申请并拿到批准.

Responsible for Improvement and maintenance of mass production product project changes, communicate with customers, submit requests and get approvals.

2. 制作项目计划，组织团队协调合作完成项目。

Make project plan and organize teamwork to complete the project.

3. 分析生产及客户抱怨出现的质量问题，找到根本原因，提出并落实解决方案，系统性解决问题。

Analyze the quality problems in production and customer complaints, find the root cause, propose and implement solutions, and solve the problems systematically.

4. 零件第二供应商的承认；供应商的辅导及稽核。

Recognition of the second supplier of parts; counselling and auditing of suppliers.

5. 更新图纸，BOM，MAP，报告及其他工程文件。

Update drawings, BOM, MAP, reports and other engineering documents.

6. 成本节约和改善项目的支持。

CIP and Lean project support.
