Role Overview – Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and own the full marketing function. Your mission is to position Etherealize as the bridge between institutional finance and Ethereum, crafting compelling narratives for both Wall Street and the crypto/Web3 community. You’ll lead strategy and execution across content, branding, messaging, digital channels, and product launch campaigns.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Narrative: Craft sophisticated marketing and brand narratives for two audiences — institutional finance (credit markets, investment leaders) and Web3 technologists.
Content & Social: Own the company’s social presence (especially Twitter and LinkedIn) and oversee all content marketing, including long-form pieces, educational materials, and external writers.
Brand Evolution: Evolve and maintain a coherent visual and brand identity across products, content, and marketing channels, balancing crypto futurism with Wall Street trust.
Web & Messaging: Manage the company website to effectively communicate tailored messaging for multiple stakeholder groups.
Events & Ecosystem Engagement: Lead presence at industry events, organize dinners and speaking engagements, and strengthen relationships with the Ethereum community.
Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Orchestrate high-impact launches for new products and stealth initiatives, including institutional and developer-facing positioning.
