Madison Energy Infrastructure ("MEI") believes in the power of clean energy infrastructure and has emerged as a preeminent developer, investor, asset owner, and operator of distributed generation assets. This role represents a critical next step in MEI's evolution toward offering direct, end-to-end services to Fortune 500 corporates, public entities, nonprofits, and other private customers alike and building out development pipelines to finance renewable energy projects with our partners.

The Assistant Project Manager ("APM") role at MEI provides support to our Project Management team in delivering distributed renewable energy projects within one of the United States' fastest-growing energy industries. These projects vary in size and complexity, encompassing everything from smaller rooftops to expansive ground-mounted solar PV and/or battery energy storage systems spanning the nation. Join our team to make a substantial impact on the nationwide renewable energy landscape.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for the Project Manager, highlighting key project updates, risks, and overall project progress.
  • Budget Assistance: Support project budget tracking by reviewing invoices, assisting with payment processing, and supporting procurement activities.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Support project-level compliance and incentive program execution by preparing and submitting required regulatory filings, including FERC and EIA forms, and assisting with SREC and state-level incentive program applications and registrations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating communication between project stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, clients (PPA, Lease), MEI finance, and independent engineers.
  • Issue Support: Participate in the resolution of project issues related to schedule, construction, finance, and external stakeholders by tracking items, coordinating follow-ups, and escalating as needed.
