Summary
This individual contributor will drive sales and promote a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to existing and new customers and this role requires independent judgment, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build a sustainable sales pipeline through direct selling and channel management.
What You Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers to support business growth
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify target customers, prioritize opportunities, and conduct effective sales calls
- Initiate business discussions to expand opportunities across product lines
- Understand customer needs and clinical practices to recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide technical and product support during follow-ups, clinics, and procedures (if required)
- Identify and develop new accounts to grow the customer base
- Monitor and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends
- Support Sales Manager/Business Director in developing and implementing local strategies
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and expand offerings
What You Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, including distributor/channel management with a proven track record
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in an operating room environment
- Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking counterparts
