The Lead serves as the primary contact and representative for the Health Information Services department, next to the Director. With an understanding of the scope of services for the department, assists the Director in accomplishing the goals of the department. Is knowledgeable in the specific functions of the clerical positions, and serves as a resource for co-workers.
