$61,000.00 - $85,400.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
This role combines content development, campaign execution, and performance analysis to deliver relevant, audience-focused communications across email and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and content marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life through email and is eager to grow their expertise in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing. In partnership with marketing strategists, this position contributes to marketing planning and supports the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for assigned lines of business. Responsibilities include developing project briefs, coordinating with creative, communications, and external partners, executing campaign deliverables, tracking project progress, and ensuring quality control through proofreading and review processes. The role also supports content development, campaign optimization, and performance reporting to help achieve marketing objectives and improve audience engagement.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creates and executes email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including content development, copywriting, and audience-focused messaging that drives engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborates with marketing strategists, digital content team, and service line stakeholders to translate campaign needs into engaging email experiences. Leads assigned project and task implementation. Serves as marketing and communications consultant and creative contributor for assigned projects.
- Develops, edits, and proofreads content for a range of marketing and communications materials, while supporting the production and quality assurance of print and digital collateral through proof review and project coordination.
- Ensures marketing assets and email communications adhere to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Supports campaign testing, performance analysis, and optimization efforts across email and digital marketing initiatives to improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns by coordinating content, creative assets, and campaign components across channels while identifying opportunities to optimize and repurpose content.
- Monitors and reports on performance metrics for marketing campaigns, including email, to support marketing strategy team, such as, click-through rates, conversions, engagement trends, etc.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and HIPAA consent authorization process required
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and editing content required
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to provide context and/or reshape material as needed required
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, personalization, audience segmentation, and testing methodologies preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations preferred.
