Overview

HUNTER is searching for a Paid Media Specialist who would play a key role in the amplification of all digital activity—from planning and deployment to optimization and campaign measurement.  This position would support food, corporate and other client accounts with heavy paid digital media programming and report into the Senior Director, Paid Media. An interest or experience on integrated teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  •  Launch, QA, monitor and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and other paid media platforms, as needed. 
  •  Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and performance. 
  • Conduct research for campaign recommendations and growth opportunities, including understanding consumer research and targets necessary to reach campaign goals. 
  • Communicate opportunities for and enact optimizations across campaigns. 
  • Draft and present reporting, including performance, creative insights and implications. 
  • Assist with creation of platform-specific paid media strategies, inclusive of objectives, targeting details, setting KPIs and benchmarks, and making creative recommendations 
  • Collaborate with owned social media teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic activations, including creative execution and campaign strategy.

  • Help drive effective implementation of social media programs/campaigns 
  • Demonstrate solid writing, editing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Stay current with developments in social media, current trends, technology updates and top news stories in the clients’ and brands’ space. 
  • Remain on top of new opportunities and innovations in paid media, including new platforms, placements and creative options for our campaigns. 
  • Show integrity and good judgment when working with colleagues and clients 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Three (3) years of experience assisting with managing paid media campaigns and social media channels 
  • Experience in managing social media and paid media campaign tools (e.g. Sprout, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google) 
  • Experience interpreting data and ability to translate into actionable insights. 
  • Understanding paid media best practices including campaign structures, creative and AI automations across paid social, paid search, programmatic and/or video campaigns.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Google Data Studio is a plus. 

Compensation

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $72K-$83K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
