Sr Asset Optimization Manager

The Senior Asset Optimization Manager is responsible for improving the financial performance of the tower portfolio through rigorous asset by asset analysis and coordination with various departments to execute efficiency strategies. This leader identifies, evaluates, and spurs implementation of opportunities to reduce operating expenses, including utility usage, taxes, rationalize or decommission underperforming assets, and identifying financial and operational targets to bring specific assets in line with best-in-class profitability and customer-readiness standards. The role partners cross functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Customer teams to ensure maximum value creation across the portfolio.
