What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example to keep our client's facility looking its absolute best. In this role, you will: Guide, support, and supervise employees during the evening shift. Coordinate daily with your team to tackle special cleaning projects and assign tasks. Assist the Manager in making sure the building matches our high standards. Jump in and help with general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming as needed. What You Bring To The Team Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or janitorial lead. A reliable, team-first attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
